Noor Harjavti is the daughter of President Harjavti. On November 23rd, Team Year Zero, she and the President were reunited and saved by the Team from assassination. On December 1st, 21:12 UTC+2, she appeared in public with her father and her uncle, Sumaan. However, her father was eventually assassinated. She remained the only real voice standing out against the Bialyan puppet regime that took over Qurac.
On December 1st, Team Year Five, she toured the U.S. to raise funds for the Quraci Democratic Party and was scheduled to speak in Metropolis. Devastation, an agent of Queen Bee, was present at the rally but before she could make a move, a beam teleported her, Superman, and Superboy away. At 10:55 EST, Beast Boy approached Harjavti and advised her it was best to get away from the crowd amidst the unexpected developments. At 14:01, Harjavti relocated to Bibbo's Diner with a bodyguard, Beast Boy, and Bumblebee. At 18:03 EST, Harjavti and Bibbo were taken by Queen Bee and the League of Shadows and replaced by Kroloteans. On January 4th, Team Year Six, Harjavti was among the prisoners freed by the Gamma Squad in the New Orleans Krolotean base.
