The Wayne Foundation is a charitable organization separate from Wayne Enterprises. It is a known patron of eduation and the arts. On August 26th, Clayface arrived at the Wayne Foundation. He revealed himself at 08:15 EDT when Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson arrived to inspect the package. Batman and Robin soon arrived but were shoved outside onto the streets below. On August 27th, Artemis returned home and learned she was selected for a full Wayne Foundation scholarship to Gotham City Academy despite the fact she nor her mother applied for one. For her mother, Artemis agreed to accept the scholarship and transfer from Gotham North High to Gotham Academy.
