Santa Prisca is a rogue island nation located in the Caribbean Sea near Central and South America. Logically, it follows the Eastern Caribbean Time Zone. It is the primary source of a dangerous and illegal neo-steroid called Venom. Production of the drug is led by Bane. However, the Cult of Kobra recently took over the factory producing Venom and cut off all normal supply lines. Both were verified by infrared heat signatures taken by the Justice League. Batman's interest was raised and he assigned the Team to a covert recon mission, to observe and report activity on Santa Prisca. Bane allied with the Team, anticipating they and Kobra would wipe each other out and he would have his factory back. The Team, instead, disrupted Kobra's shipment and destroyed the factory.
Some time later, Bane agreed to allow the Light to use Santa Prisca in exchange for certain considerations. On December 30th, Superboy, Artemis, and Miss Martian were individually summoned to Santa Prisca. Superboy arrived at 17:57 ECT followed by the other two and encountered Lex Luthor, Mercy Graves, Queen Bee, Sportsmaster, Blockbuster, and Bane. The Team attacked but Cheshire disappeared into the jungle and Luthor, Graves, and Bee escaped capture on a helicopter. In Team Year Four, Red Arrow and Cheshire investigated a LexCorp subsidiary on Santa Prisca but found nothing on Speedy. At some point, Lex Luthor began overseeing a mining operation centered on finding a fragment of the Tiamat statue. On February 17th, Team Year Five, Aquaman went to Santa Prisca to investigate the sudden rise of toxic metals in the water and soil but was captured in the vicinity of Atabey's Shrine.
Upon noticing LexCorp technology in Siberia, the Team decided to meet up with Aquaman on Santa Prisca. At 14:36 ECT, the Team arrived and were almost immediately ambushed by some of Bane's men. As they reached the rendezvous point, Alpha observed Black Manta Troopers standing guard. Batman advised Alpha to proceed with caution and tasked Aquagirl with gathering more intelligence on Atabey's Shrine. After disabling three LexCorp satellites, Alpha was able to download corrupted files sent by Dr. Sandsmark. They then encountered and fought Bane in the amphitheatre ruins. Alpha entered Atabey's Shrine and descended down an ancient elevator to a drilling site where Luthor secured the statue fragment. Alpha quickly sabotaged the Manta Flyer then freed Aquaman from his restraints amid Black Manta's assault. Aquaman and Alpha Squad followed the river in pursuit of Luthor and his fleet of hovercraft. They managed to secure the fragment but Luthor escaped.
On June 19th, 00:00 ECT, Team Year Six, the Light and the Reach held a summit in an underground cavern on Santa Prisca. Kaldur'ahm and Tigress' true loyalties were revealed but according to plan, Kaldur'ahm shattered the Reach and Light's alliance. The Team attacked and captured a few enemy combatants, namely Black Manta and the Reach Ambassador.
