Royal Memorial Hospital is a hospital located in Star City. Upon liberating the original Roy Harper in Team Year Six, Red Arrow took him to Royal Memorial to recover from his eight year ordeal. On March 21st, Harper prematurely left his room while Red Arrow consoled Green Arrow in the hospital chapel.
On November 9th, 18:02 PST, Team Year Ten, Harlan Matthews and Jim Harper watched Catco's live news on the abduction of Queen Perdita Vladek outside of Royal Memorial. Dr. Roquette, Denny Nielson, Oliver Queen, and Dinah Lance rendered in a comatose state during the abduction were taken to the hospital. Artemis Crock was positive the agent used was her father, Sportmaster's concoction, and even with the antidote it would take a few days for the effects to wear off. Cissie King-Jones guessed the obvious suspect, Count Vertigo who was just broken out of prison in Markovia with three of his cronies. Roy Harper added by the same power-armored goons who kidnapped Vladek. Will Harper didn't see the point since Vertigo was legally removed from the line of succession so killing Perdita Vladek would be meaningless. Roy Harper guessed it was vengeance. Crock got a call from Barbara Gordon who merged her into a conference call. At 20:58 PST, King-Jones remained at Queen's bedside and recounted the famous story of how he saved Queen Perdita Vladek. She was hailed on comms by Tigress for a mission.
On November 10, 07:54 EET, a squad from the Team posed as part of a United Nations commission to infiltrate a Royal Memorial Hospital in Vlatavastok. Dick Grayson told the doctor on call, Anton Kraft, they were authorized by Secretary-General Troia. Kraft remarked he looked too young to be a doctor. He lied he was working toward his doctorate and the three young ladies with him earned their internships. He asked how long the five patients were in a coma. Kraft estimated they were in a coma for nearly two years and they believed it was the result of a toxin. Grayson told him there might be an antidote and promised to get back to him. Stephanie Brown informed Grayson the patients consisted of two miners, two geologists, and one mining engineer. Andi Murphy asked the wife of one of the victims where her husband was working. The squad headed to a mine outside of Krastmala.
On November 11th, 12:31 PST, Paula Crock and Lian Nguyen-Harper visited the still comatose Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance at Royal Memorial Hospital. Nguyen-Harper was eager to say hello but Crock told her there was no hurry since they could not say "hi" back. Nguyen-Harper touched Queen's hand and revealed she just wanted to everyone to know they were not alone. She remembered whenever she was sick, her dad told her a story. She wondered if she should tell that kind of story, one where they know what the ending is, to him. At 12:44 PST, she touched Dinah Lance's hair. Crock told her to it was time to go but she wanted to stay a bit longer so she knew she was not alone. She stated as long as they were family, she was never alone. On November 12th, 09:05 PST, everyone began to regain consciousness. Roquette shot up. Jim Harper told her she was in a coma but she was all right. Nielson was immediately concerned for the Queen. Harlan Matthews told him to take it easy. Vladek told him she was fine and was glad he was all right.
Queen quipped that was good to hear because he would have been worried if he was conscious. Lance mused deep down, they all knew she would be all right. Will Harper added because they knew everyone else would make sure of it. Roy Harper agreed, as did Artemis Crock. Vladek then thanked everyone in the room. Garfield Logan told her while they may not be a couple anymore, they would always be family.
