The capital of Rann is named Ranagar. It is a majestic city more advanced than most cities on Earth. A similar form of Mag Rail public transportation is available. The city is kept safe by the Rannian Science Patrol and administered by the Rannian Science Command. Adam Strange was accidentally teleported to Ranagar by Sardath and learned about the theft of Zeta technology. Strange relayed the intelligence to the Justice League after he returned to Earth. On January 4th, 22:16 UTC, Strange returned with a Zeta Squad from the Team to search for the technology thieves, the Kroloteans. Alanna elected to lead the squad out of the city by Mag Rail. However, the Science Patrol conducted an identification check. Strange created a diversion so the squad and Alanna could continue on. Strange was chased by the Science Patrol and eventually lost them. He returned to Sardath to work on the Zeta Shield.
