Northern India is a region associated with several states from the North and North Central Zones of India. It features many relligious and cultural sites as well as geographical features such as the Indo-Gangetic Plain and the part of the Himalayas. There is also an abundance of wildlife, varieties of mammals number at 500.
The Brain and Monsieur Mallah established a compound somewhere in Northern India. On September 10th, 14:43 Indian Standard Time (IST), a set of pylons laid by the duo captured an Indian Tiger. The tiger was being tracked by Gotham City Mayor, Hamilton Hill, too. Monsieur Mallah opened fire on Hill and the two hunters with him. They experimented on the tiger with a brain enhancement procedure. Over the course of 13 days, more animals were captured and subjected to Kobra Venom. They were then controlled with Proprietary Collars, the same used at Belle Reve Penitentiary in New Orleans, Louisiana. On September 23rd, 21:36 IST, the Team and Captain Marvel arrived in Northern India to investigate a series of incidents connected to Mallah.
