LexCorp is a business conglomerate, owned by Lex Luthor, with its corporate headquarters located in Metropolis. It is said LexCorp was founded on the premise of peaceful enterprise for all of humanity. Although the company conducts many legitimate businesses, it is also used as a front for covert arms trading and many other illegal activities. It was suspected that LexCorp, through various shell companies, sold arms to both North and South Rhelasia with the intent of making billions once the two nations united. While Green Arrow and Speedy investigated one of the shell companies, Speedy was captured and turned over to Project Cadmus. On October 26th, 01:25 Korea Standard Time (KST), Team Year Two, Red Arrow infiltrated a LexCorp robotics plant in Seoul. On November 26th, 23:19 UTC, Team Year Three, Red Arrow and Cheshire completed an assignment to chaperon a shipment of LexCorp technology, including drilling equipment, to Bialya. After three years, LexCorp's robot production increased exponentially.
On November 30th, 22:22 Central European Time (CET), Team Year Four, Red Arrow and Cheshire finished searching a LexCorp subsidiary in Geneva. They hit every existing subsidiary from Singapore to Santa Prisca to Germany and found nothing on Speedy. On February 17th, Team Year Five, a LexCorp cargo ship and assorted equipment were utilized in Verhoyansk during the excavation of a Tiamat statue fragment. On Santa Prisca, Atabey's Shrine was modified with LexCorp tech. Lex Luthor attempted to leave the island with a fragment aboard one of his hovercraft vehicles but the Team intervened. Some of LexCorp's technology was modified with sigils and taken to Bialya. The techno-sorcery was used to awaken Tiamat. On December 1st, Team Year Five, a spherical field generated by a probe cut through part of LexCorp and breached a chamber holding Match. Security was unable to contain him.
On March 21st, 19:11 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Team Year Six, Speedy attacked Luthor's penthouse office at the top of LexCorp's corporate headquarters. The gamble paid off and Speedy confronted Luthor in the parking structure. However, Speedy was surrounded by the LexCorp security team before he could blow up Luthor. Speedy accepted a cybernetic arm, spared Luthor, and left LexCorp. On June 20th, Luthor and Graves monitored the heroes' simultaneous attack on the Magnetic Field Disrupters from his office at LexCorp. When the 21st Disrupter was found, Luthor proposed Flash and Impulse to run around the chrysalis counter to its energy flow. After Luthor became the United Nations Secretary-General, he placed Lexcorp in a blind trust to avoid a conflict of interests then his sister Lena Luthor was placed in charge while he continued to run it in secret. On November 7th, Team Year Eight, Lena and Lex Luthor and Gretchen Goode presented a joint donation of $16 million from LexCorp and Goode World Studios to the Meta-Human Youth Center. Eduardo Dorado Senior accepted on the center's behalf.
Late into the year, Oracle sorted her way through Lexcorp shell companies and found a secret robotic factory in Dublin. She and Aquaman checked it out and discovered Luthor was using it to store his weaponized Spider Bots. Rather than directly go after Luthor, the Anti-Light created a false kidnapping to manipulate the Outsiders into destroying the factory on January 1st, Team Year Nine. On January 25th, 20:21 EST, Lex Luthor made a call after he saw hashtag WeAreAllOutsiders was still ahead of the hashtag InfinityInc. On February 15th, 18:35 EST, Deathstroke and Lex Luthor met in person at Lexcorp to go over the fallout of Markovia. Black Lightning chided them via hologram while Cyborg acquired confidential files from Lexcorp's servers. On February 16th, 04:25 EST, Deathstroke deemed the operation a failure but Luthor believed he could salvage the situation and was eager to spin the events into an argument for heroes to be registered and regulated. He believed his Infinity Inc. had already ascended.
Cyborg later submitted the files to the United Nations General Assembly as proof Secretary General Lex Luthor defied UN regulations by continuing to run Lexcorp, exploited its resources to operate his own meta-human trafficking chain, and illegally created Infinity Inc. with said resources. At some point after, Juan Cordero spoke to Luthor in his office and volunteered to be the son Superboy failed to be and to do whatever it took to serve and avenge Luthor. On November 10th, 13:14 EST, Luthor sat in his office. On November 12, 12:00 EST, Lex Luthor told Otis and Mercy about Miss Martian sparing Metallo's life and called it a class move but he suddenly vanished from their sight. They searched for him in the office, unaware he was still present but in Rocket's force-bubble which was concealed by Zatanna's glamour spell. Luthor noted Rocket, Zatanna, Cyborg, and the second and third Aquaman were present. Rocket asked how he would prove it. Zatanna asked who would believe him.
Aquaman (Kaldurah'm) got to the point and clearly stated Queen Perdita Vladek was part of their family and was now off-limits to the machinations of the Light and its members. Luthor scoffed at the notion of them trying to intimidate him. He brought up how he faced down Superman. Aquaman simply responded with a "yes" and Zatanna returned him to his previous place. Otis tried to get his attention in vain. Luthor was intimidated.
