Infinity Island is a base of operations for the League of Shadows, a criminal organization infamous for contract assassination. On February 28th, 22:07 Eastern Carribean Time (ECT), Team Year Zero, Talia Al Ghul convinced her father, Ra's Al Ghul, to give his blessing for a marriage between her and Matthew Hagen. However, when Talia realized she was being used to gain access to the Lazarus Pit, she locked Hagen in it. After the fallout of Project Cadmus' breach by Robin, Aqualad, and Kid Flash, many of Cadmus' business partners severed ties. On July 8th, 22:14 ECT, the Sensei assigned four assassins to target these companies.
A short time later, Dr. Roquette was relocated to Infinity Island and was forced to create a new weapon for them within a two week timeframe. On August 7th, 23:49 ECT, Red Arrow infiltrated the island and safely extracted Dr. Roquette. However, Roquette's creation was complete and Professor Ojo was dispatched to the eastern seaboard of the United States of America. The Sensei, leader of the Shadows, remained on Infinity Island, and later reported to the Light. On August 25th, 23:16 ECT, Ra's Al Ghul was resurrected with the Lazarus Pit on Infinity Island. Four minutes later, Clayface grabbed Talia and was engaged by Sensei. Ra's Al Ghul and Ubu returned to investigate. Upon learning Clayface was Matt Hagen, of the League of Shadows, Ra's employed a post hypnotic suggestion to neutralize him. On March 8th, 00:00 ECT, Team Year Four, Red Arrow contemplated Cheshire's true nature while on Infinity Island.
