Happy Harbor High School is a public high school located in Happy Harbor, Rhode Island. The official sports mascot is the Hornet and their cheerleading squad is nicknamed the Bumblebees. One or more of the aquatic sports teams have won several state championships.

On August 8th, Red Arrow hid Dr. Serling Roquette inside Happy Harbor High School after hours in order for her to begin work on a virus to neutralize the Utility Fog. At 21:53 EDT, the Team had set up a perimeter around Happy Harbor High to safeguard Dr. Roquette. However, just as Robin and Superboy left in the Bio Ship, the assassin Cheshire slipped past Miss Martian and Artemis. Cheshire neutralized Kid Flash and left him for dead in an indoor swimming pool but Miss Martian saved him. Still outnumbered, Cheshire escaped capture to regroup with Black Spider and the Hook.

On September 7th, 07:58 EDT, Megan Morse (Miss Martian) and Connor Kent (Superboy) attended their first day at Happy Harbor High School. A teacher, Lucas Carr, broke up a confrontation between Kent and Mal Duncan as homeroom began. Morse and Kent were befriended by Wendy Harris and Marvin White. Harris recruited Morse to try out for the Bumblebee's, the high school's cheerleader team, and was accepted. She began to attend the required daily cheerleading practice along with school. On October 31st, 20:15 EDT, Megan Morse and Connor Kent attended Happy Harbor High's Halloween Dance with Wally West as their guest. Much to Kent's dismay, almost everyone was dressed as members of the Justice League. Marvin White played a prank on the party goers, spreading talk of a Martian invasion. However, Kent, Morse, and West found out and revealed it to everyone.

On November 5th, a refugee center was set up in the gym. Wally West, Megan Morse, Connor Kent, Artemis Crock, Wendy Harris, Marvin White, Mal Duncan, and Karen Beecher helped out.
