Genomorph City is a hidden city constructed under Sub Level 52 of the Washington D.C. headquarters of Project Cadmus. After Superboy left Cadmus, Dubbilex still believed in the liberation of all Genomorphs. But he felt it would take time for the world to accept them. In the meantime, he carefully freed one Genomorph at a time and took them to Genomorph City. On November 25th, Team Year Zero, Dubbilex took custody of Match and imprisoned him in the city, under the control of three G-Gnomes. At 14:41 Eastern Standard Time (EST), Superboy and Wolf discovered the secret entrance. Match overpowered their telepathy and fought Superboy once more. Superboy utilized a Shield to neutralize him. The tinbox that contained them also concealed a tracer. Guardian, Mercy Graves, and several of Cadmus' security force arrived in the city to take back Match and return him to suspended animation. On March 8th, 18:46 Eastern Standard Time (EST), Team Year One, Red Arrow and the Guardian finished a sweep of Project Cadmus and what remained of Genomorph City.
