Dhabar is a city in the country of Qurac. It is famous for being the site of the Democratic Palace, where President Harjavti resides. On November 17th, Team Year Zero, Harjavti made a surprise announcement from Dhabar. In two days, he said Qurac and Bialya would unite into one nation and it would be ruled by Queen Bee. On November 23rd, 22:11 Coordinated Universal Time offset 2 hours (UTC+2), the Team infiltrated the palace and found Harjavti. They were soon surrounded by soldiers armed with Apokoliptian Weaponry who intended to murder the President. Miss Martian ran off to confront Psimon while the rest of the Team dispatched the soldiers. Miss Martian's confrontation with Psimon was recorded and came into possession of Queen Bee.
On December 1st, 21:12 UTC+2, Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen bumped into Connor Kent and Megan Morse. Morse confronted Kent on a mind-link and revealed she knew he was Superman. Kent explained he wanted to get to know Superboy as a person not as Superman's clone. President Harjavti, his brother Sumaan, and daughter Noor took the stage. On the rooftop of a building nearby, Deadshot took aim of the President. At 21:16 UTC+2, Deadshot opened fire but Superman and Miss Martian intervened. At 21:18 UTC+2, Sumaan Harjavti took the shot for his brother as planned by Queen Bee. Superboy attacked Deadshot and beat him into unconsciousness until Superman pulled him away. At 21:21 UTC+2, Superman took custody of Deadshot and sought out medical attention for him. On November 26th, 23:19 UTC, Team Year Three, Red Arrow and Cheshire returned to Dhabar from chaperoning a shipment of LexCorp tech to Bialya.
