Bludhaven is a suburb of Gotham City. On December 1st, 08:16 Eastern Standard Time (EST), Team Year Five, Dick Grayson received a live web cam birthday greeting from Wally West and Artemis Crock. They soon discovered Grayson was not alone in his residence, fortunately he and Bette Kane had to rush off to work. On December 2nd, 00:16 EST, Grayson returned to his residence to find Barbara Gordon waiting for him. They went inside to salvage his birthday celebration. On March 20th, 04:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Team Year Six, a secret meeting was held in a Bludhaven warehouse between Nightwing, Kaldur'ahm, Wally West, and Artemis Crock. After Nightwing placed a Glamour Charm on Artemis to disguise her, she and Kaldur'ahm left Bludhaven aboard the Manta Flyer.
On April 1st, 21:15 EDT, the Super-Cycle arrived in Bludhaven with Wolf, Mal Duncan, Superboy, and Miss Martian to meet up with Nightwing at a warehouse converted into a temporary sleeping quarters for those who lived at Mount Justice. Miss Martian chose to live in Martian Manhunter's apartment in Chicago instead on the account the Bludhaven quarters resembled a boy's dorm. On April 8th, 09:02 EDT, Nightwing assigned Robin lead of Alpha Squad in a covert operation to LexCorp Farms in Smallville. On May 28th, 20:04 EDT, Nightwing finished watching a recap of Blue Beetle's public debut as the planet's savior and snapped a Birdarang in half. On May 30th, 06:21 EDT, the Team returned to Bludhaven. On June 14th, 00:03 EDT, Nightwing received word of Blue Beetle and Green Beetle's Scarabs being placed off-mode just as Miss Martian and Lagoon Boy arrived.
