The Bayou Bartholomew is the largest bayou in the world, measuring 364 miles long. It is located in the states of Louisiana and Arkansas and home to over 100 aquatic species. Thus, it is considered the second most diverse stream in North America. The bayou begins northwest of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and stretches to near Sterling, Louisiana. However, now it is polluted, log-jammed, and over-sedimented.
The Injustice League's secret base was located somewhere in the Bayou Bartholomew. Zatara tracked a concentration of sorceror activity to the Bayou and the Team was dispatched to shut down the central control system manipulating the Plant Creatures. On October 1st, 18:52 Central Daylight Time (CDT), the Team arrived but were immediately attacked by Count Vertigo and Black Adam. The Team continued fighting the Injustice League until the Justice League arrived and forced a surrender.
