Bar Harbor is a town located on Mount Desert Island in the Hancock County of Maine. It was settled in 1763 then incorporated on February 23, 1746. The rugged mountain scenery gave way to an economy grounded in fishing, lumber, and shipbuilding then evolved into tourism. On September 6th, 06:01 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), T.O. Morrow appeared at Windward Home to visit Dr. Jim Lockhart. They both soon departed the retirement home for New York.
