Reach Drink is a soft drink produced in collaboration with LexCorp and the Reach. It comes in two flavors, Strawberry Mango and Peach. It secretly contains an additive that combines microscopic quantities of two chemicals, a dopamine polymerase and an adrenaline inhibitor. Over generations, humans would become addicted to the drink and be rendered placid, literally incapable of revolt or resistance to invasion. The drink also contains a mitochondrial marker to trace the Meta-Gene in potential humans. The drinks were harvested, distilled, and shipped out from LexCorp Farms in Smallville. Green Beetle, The Flash, and The Atom ran an analysis of the drink and additive but only Green Beetle knew of the marker. Unknown to the Reach, the Light was adding a neutralizing agent to the drinks to prevent people from turning placid. On July 4th, Tigress, Kid Flash, Bumblebee, and the Guardian were assigned to investigate and collect proof LexCorp was planning to rerelease the Reach Drink under a new name.
