The Beetle Tech Drones are Reach robots programmed to run interference until a Magnetic Field Disrupter planted near them builds up enough energy to go chrysalis. Each drone is the equivalent of a Beetle warrior. On June 20th, Team Year Six, Black Beetle activated the drones and disrupters across the planet. 40 heroes gathered and formed into two squads to take out the disrupters. The last two drones deactivated on their own once the last disrupter went chrysalis.
