Serifan is the youngest member of the Forever People and has no super powers. Instead, he shoots Cosmic Cartridges from his revolver. They in turn generate a multitude of abilities such anti-gravity or force fields. Serifan dresses like his current obsession, a cowboy from the American Old West. He was eager to see cowboys when the Forever People boomed to Earth on October 23rd.
