Cissie King-Jones is the daughter of Bernell Jones. They live in Star City. Her mother briefly operated as Miss Arrowette. On December 4th, 20:04 Pacific Standard Time (PST), Team Year Zero, she watched in horror as Black Spider pulled her father out the window and dropped him to his doom. Suzanne Jones watched in awe as Green Arrow and Artemis saved her father and defeated Black Spider. In Team Year Seven, she became Arrowette and was mentored by Green Arrow. In the same year, she joined the Team. She was given the designation B-27. On July 27th, 19:57 EDT, Team Year Eight, she was one of proteges who left the Team to join Batman's covert team. On September 12th, 21:39 EDT, Mad Hatter was covertly monitored by Robin, Arrowette, Spoiler, and Orphan. Robin informed everyone Hatter could not wear hats as a condition of his parole. Arrowette joked it was a good thing he wasn't the Mad Pantser.

Robin noticed he was drinking a lot of water awfully fast. He picked up a water bottle left behind. Arrowette asked if they were busting him for littering. Orphan took the initiative and personally verified the person they were tailing was really Clayface by slicing him in half with her sword. Arrowette asked her if she knew that really wasn't Tetch or just didn't care. Clayface grabbed her but Orphan sliced the arm off. Arrowette fired an exploding arrow at his head. Robin recalled Hatter and Clayface were not allies. Spoiler tricked him into leading them to the real Mad Hatter. Arrowette and Orphan ran interference on Clayface while Spoiler pursued Hatter and Robin located a device to liberate Clayface from Hatter's nanotechnology. On February 16th, 01:55 EET, Team Year Nine, Green Arrow, Orphan, Arrowette, and Spoiler arrived at the Batcave to watch footage of the Markovian coup. On February 24th, she rejoined the Team. On April 18th, Team Year Ten, Arrowette and Arsenal intervened and took on a tail who followed Artemis Crock to the Royal University library.

The tail drew a katana and told Arsenal she made a big mistake. Arrowette countered she made the mistake and revealed her presence as well as her drawn arrows. The tail knocked the arrows away and whipped Arsenal's blaster arm. Nearly hit by the errant blast, Arrowette yelled at him to watch it. The tail pulled down a book shelf on them. Arrowette declared they had to take her seriously and used her specialized contacts to select an arrow but it was knocked away. Once Tigress appeared, the tail revealed her name Onyx and she defected from the League of Shadows to warn Crock that Cassandra Savage was going to defect as well but to infiltrate the Team for the Light. Arrowette wasn't feeling Onyx's apology for frighteneing them. Tigress told her to let Onyx speak. Arsenal scoffed at the mole plot. Arrowette brought up Red Arrow and Terra and voiced how skeptical she was. Savage arrived and told her story.

Tigress found neither particularly convincing. Arrowette asked if they should be given the benefit of the doubt. Arsenal admitted they may need some help. On the way to the Vault, Arrowette noticed a laser sight and took a tranquilizer dart for Cassandra Savage. She later took part in the group discussion about Onyx and Savage. The muddled apple metaphors left Arrowette very confused and hungry. Red Arrow suggested they might both be using an old Cold War strategy: the bad guys send two options and don't care which one is chosen. Arrowette countered they could both be equally untrustworthy or equally trustworthy. Spoiler agreed. On September 16th, she attended Conner Kent and M'gann M'orzz's wedding in Happy Harbor. On November 9th, Cissie King-Jones visited the comatose Oliver Queen, Dinah Lance, Dr. Roquette, and Denny Nielson at Royal Memorial Hospital with Artemis Crock.

Crock was positive Sportsmaster's concoction was used on them and even with the antidote, it would take a few days for the effects to wear off. King-Jones deduced Count Vertigo was behind Queen Perdita Vladek's kidnapping and it wasn't a coincidence that he was just broken out of a Markovian prison with three of his cronies. Will Harper pointed out he had long been removed from the Vlatavan line of succession so her death would be meaningless to him. At 20:58 PST, King-Jones remained at Queen's bedside and recounted the famous story of how he saved Queen Perdita Vladek. She was hailed on comms by Tigress for a mission. On November 11th, Arrowette was part of Alpha Squad for its mission to Madinat Altharwati to rescue Queen Perdita Vladek. Tigress addressed the obvious problem the Team would run into for the mission, Queen Bee, and went over how to counter her meta-ability. Arrowette deduced the ruse would be completed with a few Hollywood tricks and Miss Martian's shape-shifting skills.

They took a Boom Tube opened by Halo to the room where she was being held. Arrowette confirmed Psimon was not bluffing and Bialyan soldiers were attempting to breach the room outside. Queen Bee enthralled Red Arrow, Arsenal, and Halo then asked them to kill Tigress, Miss Martian, and Arrowette if they really loved her. They complied. Arsenal fired his laser at Arrowette. Queen Bee asked Halo to kill Queen Perdita Vladek but instead she blasted Bee, Vertigo, and Psimon, rendering them unconscious. Tigress, Miss Martian, and Arrowette stood up unharmed. Arrowette realized she was officially a member of the fake-your-own-death club. Tigress mused they would hold the induction ceremony later. Miss Martian ordered Arrow, Halo, Arsenal, and Arrowette to take Vladek to Baby. Halo opened a Boom Tube directly to her. At 22:58 UTC+2, Baby left Bialya. On November 12th, 09:05 PST, Cissie King-Jones was present when everyone began to regain consciousness at Royal Memorial.
