On September 12th, during an alignment of the Moon and stars, Kobra's cobra was fed the blood of Dr. Jason Burr. The cobra instantly grew to gigantic proportions and rampaged across downtown Minneapolis from Nicollet Mall to Gutherie Theater. Batman neutralized the cobra after tossing an explosive down its throat.
