Ubu is the loyal servant of Ra's Al Ghul and does only what his master bids. On August 19th, Ubu assisted Ra's Al Ghul with his plan to send a modified satellite into space from Cape Canaveral. While he was preoccupied with Batman, Ubu didn't notice Robin tying him to a truck. Batman then drop kicked Ubu and the truck sped off with Ubu in tow. Ubu escaped and carried Ra's Al Ghul's body during a withdrawal. On August 25th, Ubu tended to Ra's after the Lazarus Pit revived him. On June 19th, Team Year Six, Ubu attended the Santa Prisca summit. While fighting Lagoon Boy, Ubu watched in horror as Black Beetle stabbed Ra's Al Ghul in the back. As Ra's died, Ubu retrieved him and grappled to the surface. Ubu kicked Artemis away and vowed his master would be resurrected.
