Psimon is a criminal with enhanced psychic powers and agent of Queen Bee. Psimon was later recruited by the Light. One of his known tasks was to supervise a team dispatched to Bialya to receive technology from a new partner. Psimon detected the presence of the Team and erased the past six months of their memory. Miss Martian returned and fought him, telepath to telepath. Together with Superboy's stubborn mind, Miss Martian was able to defeat Psimon. He evaded capture and reported the events to the Light.
On November 17th, Psimon used his powers to force President Harjavti to announce the reunification of Qurac and Bialya. On November 23rd, Miss Martian confronted Psimon alone. He forced her to reveal her true form as a White Martian and recorded the whole thing. Psimon then taunted her on the mental plane. Miss Martian retaliated and blasted Psimon, who became catatonic. The two continued to clash over the next five years.
After another psychic battle against Miss Martian, Psimon was left in a coma. On February 17th, Team Year Five, the comatose Psimon was taken to Gotham City by the Riddler as part of ploy to distract the Team. They awaited the Team at Haly's International Circus with Dr. Sandsmark in tow. Through unknown means, Riddler controlled Psimon and had him battle Alpha Squad on the mind realm. Psimon conjured doppelgangers of each hero on Alpha and forced them to battle their "own worst enemy." Alpha overcame Psimon and returned to the physical plane. They freed Sandsmark and proceeded to find the Riddler.
At one point, Psimon was placed in a Quarci hospital for treatment. Eventually, he healed and used his powers to trick the attending doctors and nurses think he was still bedridden. Months later, in Team Year Six, Psimon appeared at a Bialyan compound with Devastation, Icicle Junior, Mammoth, and Shimmer. Once Wonder Girl was discovered, Psimon ordered an entire search of the compound. He then continued with a scheduled delivery of kidnapped teenagers. When the Alpha Squad intervened, Psimon distracted Miss Martian in a psychic battle so someone else could kill her. Before that could happen, Bumblebee blasted him and rendered Psimon unconscious.
On April 9th, Vandal Savage borrowed Psimon from Queen Bee and assigned him to help repair the damage done to Kaldur'ahm by Miss Martian. Psimon focused first and gathered himself for the task ahead. Tigress managed to inject Psimon with a drug invented by Sportsmaster and designed to simulate catatonia for weeks. Psimon discovered Tigress was Artemis but succombed to the drug just as Black Manta arrived. Tigress reported he suddenly went berserk as if his mind was infected by Miss Martian during their previous encounter.
On August 8, Team Year Six, Psimon arrived in the U.S. on a Bialyan diplomatic passport. As he passed through customs, Psimon purposefully appeared before a security camera to gain the Team's attention since his ability to mask his appearance wouldn't fool technology. He proceeded to a classic movie festival in Hollywood where he knew he could exploit Miss Martian's insecurities because of a scheduled appearance of Sandra Stanyon, an old castmate of the late Marie Logan. At 16:16 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), a mission briefing was held on the Watchtower about Psimon. Batgirl formed an Alpha Squad with Miss Martian, Beast Boy, and Superboy then deployed. Psimon was last spotted photobombing an attendee's selfie on the 1-K Wordsworth App at the movie festival. Batgirl ordered the squad to split up but stay alert while Miss Martian maintained a psychic link between them. Psimon found Batgirl outside the auditorium and revealed his presence to her then blocked her psychic link, warned her he traveled under a Bialyan diplomatic passport and was untouchable, and threatened to brain blast her into oblivion if she attacked him.
Psimon locked onto Miss Martian and guided her to a pocket of emotional safety hidden deep within her psyche. Her own insecurities took over and trapped her. But as a result of the psychic link, Beast Boy and Superboy were also trapped and additionally Stanyon. At 16:16 PDT, Batgirl continued to resist his power. She didn't believe his claims because she knew Miss Martian was more powerful. Psimon explained his reasoning for choosing the festival to subvert Miss Martian then blasted Batgirl unconscious as a precaution. Superboy made one last appeal to Megan Morse and apolozied for pushing her away after the Mars mission because he was afraid of getting close to her again. Miss Martian manifested and freed everyone. Psimon fled the festival and was speculated to have returned to Bialya. At some point after, Queen Bee formed her own team of young meta-humans and named it Onslaught. Psimon became a member of it. He and Devastation entered into a romantic relationship.
On November 1st, 01:44 UTC+3, Team Year Eight, Onslaught was present as part of a security force protecting a meta-human acution held in an abandoned mall in Al-Qawiya. Despite a warning from Nightwing to keep his emotions in check or else Psimon would detect their ruse, Brion Markov let his anger get to him while he watched his sister Tara Markov battle Holocaust in an exhibition fight. Luckily, Black Lightning was able to send electricity along the hand rails to Psimon and rendered him unconscious. Devastation found him soon after and placed everyone on high alarm. On November 22nd, Psimon and Devastation ran interference at the Meta-Human Youth Center's Harvest Festival in Taos. Psimon used his meta-abilities to cast an illusion and make himself look and sound like Count Vertigo and for Devasation to look and sound like Joe Henchy. He then used his meta-abilities to simulate Vertigo's trademark vertigo effect through telepathic inducement to neutralize festival goers. They kidnapped Queen Perdita Vladek and flew off in a helicopter. Thirteen managed to tag it with her bad luck magic which then caused its fuel line to break and force a landing.
On November 22nd, 17:31 MST, still in the guise of Count Vertigo, Psimon used his meta-ability to turn the Taos Pueblo into a maze with no end. However, he momentarily turned away from Vladek to send Devastation a telepathic message to be careful. Vladek kicked him the groin for her late father. Psimon's true appearance was revealed and she promptly screamed and punched him out. Devastation found and doted on him then leaped away with him in her arms. At some some point between then and April Team Year Ten, Vandal Savage had Psimon summoned to aid his Project Thrinos. Psimon used Ocean-Master's Psy-Back to implant memories into a clone of Arion and a clone of Ocean-Master. Psimon then implanted false memories into the latter to fill in the gaps for the amount of time after the Psy-Back was recorded along with subliminal programming. On or after May 14th Team Year Ten, Savage had Psimon come to Warworld to check the integrity of the Psy-Backs before they were sealed away.
On November 11th, after 22:42 UTC+2, Team Year Ten, Psimon had Queen Perdita Vladek in his thrall inside a sealed room in the Lexcorp Robotics factory in Madinat Altharwati, Greater Bialya. Miss Martian locked onto Vladek's mind-signature and found her. She shielded herself and the Team from the minds of Psimon and the guards then gave Alpha Squad the signal to make their entrance. Alpha Squad boomed into the room shortly after. Psimon was knocked off his feet but warned Miss Martian she made a foolish error. She warned him not to pretend he could overpower her. He claimed he did not and pointed out he meant the Boom Tube would attract attention. Bialyan soldiers began to attempt to breach the room. Psimon warned he already booby-trapped Vladek's mind and if anyone attempted to enter her mind, her psyche would self-destruct. Miss Martian believed if she had enough time, she could undo whatever he may have done to her. Psimon watched as Count Vertigo and Queen Bee dispatched the Team. At 22:48 UTC+2, Psimon released her and she regained consciousness. Halo blasted him, Vertigo, and Queen Bee and rendered them unconsciousness. It was a ruse and the Team made preparations to counter Bee's meta-ability ahead of the mission.
