A teenage boy born in 1999 meta-activated at some point with pyrokinetic powers and was kidnapped by a meta-human trafficking ring. He took on the codename Holocaust and was one of many meta-humans to be auctioned off in an abandoned mall in Al-Qawiya. On November 1st, Team Year Eight, Holocaust and Terra were the first meta-humans to be auctioned off and were set to fight each other. Holocaust snapped his fingers, generating fireballs, and threw them at Terra. He created a larger fireball and threw it at her. Terra levitated off the ground on a piece of earth but he destroyed it and she hit the force field around the ring. Holocaust asked Mr. Bliss, the host, if he should kill her. Bliss had him stand down because he still saw some profit to be gained from her. Holocaust was declared the winner and was sold. He left the auction in a limousine with Ambassador Sumaan Harjavti of Greater Bialya. Holocaust joined Queen Bee's meta-squad Onslaught.
On November 22nd, the Terror Twins, Icicle Junior, and Holocaust gathered up the meta-humans at the Meta-Human Youth Center's Harvest Festival and placed them in pods. Kid Flash arrived and took Celia Windward off Holocaust then Eduardo Dorado Junior teleported away with Wendy Jones. Kid recognized Holocaust as one of Queen Bee's thralls. He took offense and stated he was no slave and had no Control Chip on him then boasted Onslaught paid him top dollar. He and Icicle blasted at Kid Flash but were tricked into hitting each other and Icicle was knocked into a pod while Holocaust was frozen solid. Tommy Terror later tripped on the frozen Holocaust.
