Devastation is an enemy of Wonder Woman. At one point, Devastation was defeated and imprisoned at Belle Reve Penitentiary's Woman's Wing. She appeared as a woman with braided hair and a tattoo that ran from the side of ther face down her left arm. During a mass break out attempt, Devastation was partnered with Killer Frost to destroy the wall that isolated the Woman's Wing from the other convicts. Superboy intervened and used her as a human shield then tossed her onto Killer Frost.
As of Team Year Five, Devastation was a known agent of Queen Bee and an escaped felon. On December 1st, Team Year Five, Devastation was in Metropolis to silence Noor Harjavti but was teleported away. She was imprisoned on Kylstar's ship in a crystal container. Devastation was among those who were returned to Earth. Thanks to Grodd's telepathy, Devastation evaded arrest. On February 20th, Team Year Six, Devastation arrived at a fortified compound with Psimon, Icicle Junior, Mammoth, and Shimmer. She sighted Wonder Girl and had sentries sound off the alarms. Wonder Girl returned the favor while the Alpha Squad escaped the facility with an airplane holding kidnapped teenagers. On June 14th, Devastation encountered Impulse in the facility and proceeded to attack Zatanna. Zatanna, however, slammed Devastation and Mammoth into each other and threw them down a hole. At 20:16 UTC+2, Queen Bee presided over Devastation, Mammoth, and Shimmer, who were under orders to throw the earlier fight. She later became a member of Bee's meta-squad, Onslaught, and entered into a romantic relationship with Psimon.
On November 1st, 01:44 UTC+3, Team Year Eight, Onslaught was present as part of a security force protecting a meta-human auction held in an abandoned mall in Al-Qawiya. Despite a warning from Nightwing to keep his emotions in check or else Psimon would detect their ruse, Brion Markov let his anger get to him while he watched his sister Tara Markov battle Holocaust in an exhibition fight. Luckily, Black Lightning was able to send electricity along the hand rails to Psimon and rendered him unconscious. Devastation found him soon after and placed everyone on high alarm. Nightwing's covert team triggered a blackout, forcing an emergency generator on, then attacked a tank outside. Devastation ordered the Terror Twins to guard the slave pens and Mammoth and Shimmer were sent to check out the explosion and kill whoever caused it. Black Lightning zapped the Terror Twins and reckoned that was fun. He was rammed by Devastation. He zapped her but she laughed it off.
Devastation punched Lightning out of the mall and boasted she could take anything he threw at her. Lightning was relieved and attacked her at full power. She dropped to the ground. Nightwing's covert team left for Taos to drop the rescued meta-humans off at the Meta-Human Youth Center. On November 22nd, Psimon and Devastation ran interference at the Meta-Human Youth Center's Harvest Festival in Taos. Psimon used his meta-abilities to cast an illusion and make himself look and sound like Count Vertigo and for Devastation to look and sound like Joe Henchy. He then used his meta-abilities to simulate Vertigo's trademark vertigo effect through telepathic inducement to neutralize festival goers. They kidnapped Queen Perdita Vladek and flew off in a helicopter. Thurston managed to tag it with her bad luck magic which then caused its fuel line to break and force a landing.
On November 22nd, 17:31 MST, still in the guise of Count Vertigo, Psimon used his meta-ability to turn the Taos Pueblo into a maze with no end. Garfield Logan decided to use his sense of smell and hearing and shifted into a bear. "Henchy" blocked their way. To Logan's surprise, his charge was stopped with one hand and he was knocked back. Virgil Hawkins charged up four steel balls but they bounced off "Henchy." Bart Allen tried punching at super speed to no avail and asked what he was made up. "Henchy" replied "sugar and spice and everything nice." "Vertigo" momentarily turned away from Vladek to send Devastation a telepathic message to be careful. Vladek kicked "Vertigo" in the groin then punched him out, dissipating the illusion. Devastation found and doted on him then leaped away with him in her arms. On November 11th, after 22:33 UTC+2, Team Year Ten, Devastation led the Onslaught team waiting inside the Lexcorp Robotics factory in Madinat Altharwati for the Outsiders to arrive. She mockingly greeted the Gorilla Squad and called them the "mighty attention-seekers."
Wonder Girl commanded them to stand down and stated they just wanted Vladek. Devastation quipped she just wanted to crush her skull and wanted to see who would end up satisfied. Superboy pointed out they were motivated to save Queen Perdita Vladek and she was outnumbered. Devastation introduced their latest recruit, Match. Wonder Girl tried to drop on her back and toss Devastation but she slammed her into the instead. At 22:42 UTC+2, Devastation held Wonder Girl in a headlock and taunted her for failing to save Queen Perdita Vladek and for being powerless to act as Metallo had the weakened Superboy by the throat. Beast Boy turned into a Ma'alefa'ak and hurled Mammoth into Devastation. Wonder Girl got loose in time and tied them up with her lasso. Miss Martian used telekinesis to rip the Kryptonite out of Metallo but Devastation called her hypocrite for saving her husband but letting Metallo die. She revealed he could not live without the Kryptonite as a power source. Miss Martian chose to leave it with him.
