Leonard Snart is a criminal named Captain Cold in Central City who uses guns that shoot cold beams.
On July 4th, at 11:03 Central Daylight Time (CDT), Team Year Zero, Captain Cold was defeated by Flash and Kid Flash while he was stealing diamonds. Kid Flash disarmed him of his Cold Gun and the Flash delivered the knock out punch. Cold was immediately sent to Belle Reve Penitentiary as prisoner 86N15742. As part of Icicle Senior's plan, Cold was to help the mass break out with his freezing technology. However, he was rendered unconscious when Superboy reactivated the Proprietary Collars. In Team Year Six, Captain Cold appeared in Dakota City on March 21st. He attempted to rob an armored van delivery. Unfortunately for him, right across the street from the bank was Raquel Ervin's bridal shower. Captain Cold was taken down by Miss Martian, Batgirl, Wonder Girl, Bumblebee, Black Canary, Zatanna, and Rocket.
