Caitlin Snow is a bioengineer at S.T.A.R. Labs in Central City and since became a close ally of the Flash. She picked up a resonance burst from an alternate Earth and concluded someone crossed over in the past couple of hours near Tulsa. Cisco Ramon hoped it wasn't another version of their late boss Harrison Wells since he just got used to the latest one. Snow continued and noted the burst disappeared almost as soon as it arrived and speculated they were masking themselves somehow. Ramon countered they could be already dead. Snow doubted and alerted him to the radiation levels over Oklahoma. They realized it was either nuclear material or a metahuman.
