Cisco Ramon opened a breach to Earth-X for The Ray. He found himself in Earth-X's S.T.A.R. Labs. Central City was like any other major city in the United States; devastated, in ruins, and in flames. He flew through a hole in the ceiling and made his way to Resistance Headquarters in New York City.
