The military devised a prototype giant robot but it went out of control and rampaged through Detroit. It punched buildings and fired its shoulder cannons. Vixen sent an alert to Cisco Ramon. By the time Green Arrow, Flash, Mr. Terrific, and The Ray arrived, it destroyed three city blocks. Individually, Vixen's Spirit Totem attacks, Arrow's exploding arrows, Mr. Terrific's T-Spheres, and Ray's blasts only distracted it from its march. It turned to Arrow on a roof and fired its gatling gun. Vixen tried flying above the city then dive bombed the robot with the whale spirit but it stood right back up. Vixen tried to leap away with the frog spirit but the robot threw a punch. She quickly switched to armadillo spirit and was knocked through several walls of an office building. The robot swung at the T-Spheres and ravaged a building. Flash rescued a civilian as she lost her grip and fell. Arrow fired special cables built by Terrific between two buildings to form a giant web. They just had to lead the robot into it.
Ray got an idea. He took off and flew at the robot then dematerialized and rematerialized on the other side of it. The robot gave chase and shot at him. It worked and the robot was entangled. Vixen socked it with the gorilla spirit, Arrow fired exploding arrows at its mid-section, and Terrific threw exploding T-Spheres at its head. Ray powered up and blasted it, knocking it on its back. The top of the head popped off. Flash ran over and pulled several wires out. The robot deactivated.
