Presumably, Arrow took his black sportsbike to Detroit with the Flash. After their possible metahuman, Mari McCabe, took off running with the speed of a cheetah, Arrow followed her and Flash on his motorcycle. He braked after seeing McCabe run up the side of a building and aimed one of his grapnel trick arrows to catch up on the roof.
