In the Earth-X dimension, Kara was an alien sent to Earth as an infant and grew up under Nazi beliefs. A symbol of the Master Race ideal, she moved up the ranks of the New Reich and became a general, taking on a codename, Overgirl. Overgirl is utterly sadistic and homicidal and even claims to be a "god," compared to humans. Overgirl, Black Arrow, and Blitzkrieg went to Tulsa and fought the Freedom Fighters. She fired her heat vision and sliced up a bridge to cripple the refugees' evacuation. Red Tornado blew Arrow away but he was decked to the ground by Overgirl. He looked up to see her rushing at him and narrowly dodged her. She exhaled ice breath and he countered with tornadoes. She kicked him in the chest, planted both feet, into the ground then into a river. She pinned him with a continuous heat vision blast to his forehead. Tornado tried to form tornadoes but Overgirl ripped his arms off.
Phantom Lady appeared behind Overgirl and formed a giant shadow around her. Overgirl fired her heat vision blindly. The Ray pulled Red Tornado out of the river while Black Condor led her on a aerial pursuit. Tornado suffered a system failure and gave Ray his Neuro-Cortex. Tornado asked him to destroy the Cortex in order to prevent the Reichsmen from accessing it and gaining information from his memories. Ray dodged Arrow's exploding arrows while Condor fell for Overgirl's attack. He cleaved the thrown vehicle in two but Blitzkrieg emerged from behind and decked Condor. Phantom Lady prepared to use her shadow power on Blitzkrieg but Overgirl blasted it away then blasted at her. Overgirl launched an overhead strike and generated a modest tremor. Just as Vibe arrived from a breach, Overgirl fired her heat vision and killed Doll Man. Overgirl froze Phantom Lady then decked Black Condor. Phantom Lady escaped but was stomped by Overgirl. Vibe was able to open a breach and pushed Ray to another dimension.
In the aftermath, Overgirl watched the destruction from a rooftop. Arrow and Blitzkrieg reported Doll Man was dead but they were still searching for Phantom Lady, Black Condor, Vibe, and the Ray. They reported Vibe opened a breach for Ray, who had Red Tornado's Neuro-Cortex. She realized it contained his memories. She wanted their forces prepared for a final strike on the Freedom Fighter's base and eliminate them once and for all. Arrow and Blitzkrieg saluted her then left. The New Reichsmen found Vibe and Blitzkrieg prevented his escape. They discovered he was running a multiversal trace to track Ray's trajectory and discovered he was on Earth-1. They forced Vibe to open a breach. Overgirl went through alone and found the Neuro-Cortex in Ray Terrill's bedroom at his parents' home in Tulsa. Terrill came face to face with her. She asked if Earth-1 was devoid of Aryan perfection. He dematerialized into light and zipped outside with the cortex. Overgirl followed and stomped him in mid-flight.
Overgirl demanded to cortex but he powered up and blew her away. He ran to a tree and dialed his phone but Overgirl fried it with heat vision. She beat up Ray with several punches and took the cortex. She proclaimed it was the means for her to tear out the Resistance's root and branches. Ray vanished before she could finish him off. Overgirl returned home and the New Reich made preparations to destroy the Resistance. Ray traveled from Earth-1 to Earth-X to make things right and sought out the Resistance. The New Reichsmen went ahead of Reich forces and faced off against the Freedom Fighters on the terminal's roof. Overgirl stated Ray didn't belong. Ray begged to differ and charged her. The Reichsmen took the first round but Ray vowed they wouldn't stop. Overgirl had an officer bring them the captive Vibe. She revealed the Reich's plan to exploit his powers to invade and conquer infinite Earths of the Multiverse. Ray refused to comply. Overgirl ordered all of the Resistance to be killed. Vibe tossed the officer over the edge of the roof and jumped to the Freedom Fighters.
The Reich began to parachute over the city. Overgirl and Ray contined exchanging blows in the sky. Overgirl wondered why Ray was fighting for a world that wasn't his. Ray reformed behind her and blasted her into the pavement then unleashed a salvo but she nailed him in the chest with heat vision then decked him into a building. She grabbed him and stated he was only prolonging the suffering of the Resistance. Ray stated he spent his whole life trying to make the world a better place and Earth-X needed him the most. A gunner blasted Overgirl away. Overgirl kept punching Ray but he kept standing up in defiance. She fired her heat vision and he countered with a light blast but entered a deadlock. Ray started losing ground rapidly but steeled himself and released a massive amount of power. Arrow and Blitzkrieg watched as Overgirl was shot across the city into the bay. The remaining Reich forces retreated.
