Terry is one of many guards employed at the Arkham Asylum in Gotham City. One of his known duties is performing bed check. One one fateful night, Terry decided to cover another co-worker, Rothman's shift. At the 10 minutes to bed check interval, Terry was shot dead by a team hired by Black Mask to extract the Joker.
