Ms. Li is the executive administrative assistant of Black Mask. Unlike the rest, Li remains unphased by Black Mask's appearance, temper, and personality and retains a professional attitude towards managing day to day affairs of his Gotham empire. She treated the death of Red Hood as just another task and contracted the Fearsome Hand of Four to do the job. When the situation escalated, Black Mask enlisted the aid of the Joker. The Joker agreed to help but locked every mobster, Mask, and Li in a truck and almost lit them on fire. Batman intervened just in time by dumping a payload of flame retardant from the Batwing.
