Leon is the newest employee of Black Mask and upon his first meeting, was instantly intimidated. Black Mask noticed during his tirade and punched Leon. Afterwards, Leon reported on a weapons shipment going on that night. Leon revealed it was all bought and paid for, making the shipment a delivery. In anticipation of the Red Hood, Leon doubled security and changed the drop location for the items: 10 cases of assorted Submachine Guns and PPW's, 5000 .45 caliber Automatic Colt Pistol rounds, and two cases of Rocket-Propelled Grenades.
