Tyler Bramford is one of Gotham City's eight most prosperous drug dealers and is a nightclub owner. Bramford's large activity in the east quarter caught the attention of Black Mask. He lost six of his men in a month and was forced to ally with Black Mask. He was soon placed under the control of Red Hood. When Mask went on an offensive, he ordered his men to beat Bramford then light him on fire. Bramford was spared when Red Hood arrived and fled the scene only to be kidnapped by the Joker and nearly set on fire if not for Batman.
