Flemming is the butler of Foster Brenner. He has been in service to Brenner for 20 years. During the Los Angeles Police Department's inital investigation of Brenner's murder, Detective Corrigan questioned Flemming alone. He recalled the estate's security cameras should have recorded the suspects in action. After some searching Flemming proved his theory and found footage of two suspects in action.
