Peter McCoy is a Hollywood stunt driver. McCoy is a long-time collaborator of Foster Brenner but when he didn't use McCoy in his recent film, he was less than pleased. Foster's daughter, Aimee Brenner, Peter McCoy, and Drew Flynn conspired to kill him. McCoy and Flynn were provided security codes and sabotaged the Brenner swimming pool with a bomb.
After hearing of Flynn's murder, McCoy took his money and tried to flee to Mexico. At the 100 mile posting, McCoy was attacked by the Spectre. He possessed his car and landed it right on top on McCoy, instantly killing him.
