The Dump is a landfill that stretches out of sight from the far bank of the West River out somewhere before the Farmlands. A veritable breeding ground for rodents and insects, the Dump was a meeting place of the Mutant Gang. Batman crashed one of their meetings aboard the Batmobile and neutralized most of the Mutants, with Carrie Kelley secretly following on foot. Together, they barely managed to defeat the Mutant Leader then returned to the Batcave. The police arrested the Leader and 83 members.
