The Beet Street Arcade is a video arcade infamously known as a hang out of the Mutant Gang. During a storm, two girls named Carrie Kelley and Michelle took refuge in the arcade. However, they were surrounded by Mutants. Luckily, they were saved by Batman. Kelley later returned to the arcade disguised as a Mutant in order to spread word of a mandatory meeting at the Pipe.
