Smile Gas is a fatal toxin devised by the Joker. Upon inhaling the gas, a victim erupts into a violent episode of laughter and dies with a smile affixed on their face by a muscle contraction. Joker's henchman Abner installed Smile Gas in his creations Bobby and Mary and used them as the delivery agent during a taping of "The David Endochrine Show." 206 people were killed from inhalation of the gas.
