The Batwing is a modified hang glider used by Batman. Batman and Robin used it to withdraw from Kyle Escorts under fire from the police. Before Robin could secure herself, a stray bullet tore through the strap. Luckily, she was able to grab hold of Batman's cape. They made their way to the Fairgrounds to confront the Joker but the doll Bobby, set to explode, fell right into the Batwing and destroyed it.
