The Batcopter is a sophisticated military helicopter used by Batman. It comes with a voice-controlled computer, cloaking, missile launchers, and boosters. During an observation mission to the taping of Joker's appearance on "The David Endochrine Show," Robin reprogrammed the voice codes and extracted Batman from a roof top battle with the Gotham City Police Department. Robin summoned the Batcopter during the showdown at the Fairgrounds on Batman's orders, after the Joker's death. It homed in on Batman's signal but he was pinned down by police. The copter chose neutral targets and blew away several squad cars. Robin managed to lasso Batman and the two fled the scene.
