Jimmy Herbert is a network executive working for Gotham Broadcasting. Herbert became increasingly concerned with the direction of the show Heart 2 Heart, hosted by Dr. Harlene Quinzelle. Herbert gave the green light in the first place based on the promise the show would help people. Shortly before the Valentine Day's special, Herbert shut down the show after Bruce Wayne was slandered.
