High Priest of Sarkana is the leader of a sect of Buddhist monks in Tibet. Although widely known for the practice of meditation, the High Priest drew national acclaim for speaking out against atrocities. During his travels, Bruce Wayne met the High Priest, and most likely trained under him. Years later, the High Priest agreed to donate his Eye of Sarkana gem to an auction for a Gotham children's charity.
