Sheila Grange is the wife of Mayor Grange. When the Joker fashioned himself as the Batman, one of his targets was Sheila Grange. For taking 11 items to a 10 item check out lane at a grocery store, the Joker injected his new strain of Joker Venom into her. It is assumed that after the Batman concocted an antidote, she recovered.
