Ronald Dawson is the Chief Executive Officer of Chlorogene, a company that uses genetics to modify vegetables. One of the more infamous products are the Chloro-Mulch Super Vegetables. Based in Gotham City, the company and Dawson became a target of Pam Isley. Isley and Barbara Gordon managed to break into his office and steal Dawson's prize Bonsai plant. Isley was later doused in plant steroids and gained super powers. As Poison Ivy, she attacked Chlorogene but was defeated by the Batman and Batgirl.
