Elliot Blaine is a television pop psychologist who offers superficial advice to his show's guests. After Dr. Harlene Quinzelle was fired, Blaine was given a primetime special to fill the timeslot. Quinzelle, now Harley Quinn, was enraged and plotted with the Joker to crash the taping of the show. Blaine offered his anaysis of Quinn as a woman deluded by the fantasy image of caregiver. Blaine managed to escape the attack.
