The Monarch Factory is an abandoned party favor factory in Gotham City and is the off and on hideout of the Joker. It is often the idea factory of the Joker and where he launches his schemes. On one occassion, he brought targets encased in giant playing cards to the factory to be killed or in another he ordained a teenager as his partner, Prank. Although it is known by the police, many are hesitant to enter it and trigger any security measures the Joker disguised as harmless toys.
