With a population of nearly 300,000, Central City is located in Illinois and was once a quiet place. In the age of super heroes and super villains, crime rose thousands of unsolved cases. During a lightning storm, their champion was born: the Flash.
While on a case, the Flash and Green Arrow apprehended Mirror Master at the the Central City Fairgrounds' Hall of Mirrors. However, during the capture, Flash disappeared. After similar events were discovered, the Justice League returned to the scene. They discovered a common sleeping gas was triggered by a radio signal. Martian Manhunter and Green Lantern were captured during the investigation.
