The New Olympus is a sprawling airship created and owned by Maximillian Zeus. Due to his affinity for Greek mythology, he named the airship after the fabled Mount Olympus, home of the Greek Gods. After he lost the mayoral election, Zeus opted to use the New Olympus to destroy Gotham City and have a temple erected in his honor. Armed with a Thunder Cannon and automated jets nicknamed Harpies, the New Olympus was a formidable feat of engineering. Batgirl boarded the airship and secretly began to sabotage the Engine Room. After power core was shot, the Olympus began to lost altitude. With thousands of lives at stake, Batgirl flew the ship into Gotham Harbor where it safely landed in the ocean.
