The Cyro-Cannon is a device created by Mr. Freeze in the year 2027. Powered by the rare African Star diamond, the device acts as an energy amplifier and gives Mr. Freeze the power to manipulate the weather. Freeze planned on imagining his ultimate goal of freezing Gotham City and ruling it. The Batman managed to destroy the device after remotely commanding the Batwing to perform a suicide move right into it.
