The Batboat is a state of the art watercraft in the Batman's arsenal. It is stored on Sub-Level Six of the Batcave and exits to the shore near Wayne Mansion. Like any seacraft, the Batboat is armed with grapnel, air-conditioning units, oxygen tanks, life support, navigation systems, and depth meters. It also can seat three, two behind the pilot. One of the more interesting features is its ability to submerge below water and it can generate extreme heat to burst through glacial obstacles. Like the other vehicles the Batman operates, the Batboat is also tied into the Batwave and can be remotely summoned or dismissed by a transmitter on the utility belt. Besides Batman, Robin was later taught how to pilot it.
